| Welcome Chad Guidry, DPT |
Active Health
& Rehab is happy to welcome Chad Guidry, DPT as our
newest staff therapist. Chad has been a practicing physical
therapist in central Alabama for the past year and a half
and has been living here in Montgomery for 4 ½ years.
Chad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical
Education with a concentration in Exercise Science from
the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2002. He then
moved to Montgomery for graduate school and earned his Doctor
of Physical Therapy degree from
Alabama State University in 2006. After rotating through
this clinic as a student Chad
accumulated experience in many other physical therapy settings.
Chad enjoys spending time with his fiancée Heather,
friends, and family. For recreation he enjoys going to the
beach, weight training, golf, deep sea fishing, and scuba
diving. He is an avid college football fan and enjoys tailgating.
We are so happy to have Chad back with us. Since he was
a student we have thought of him as exemplifying the sense
of excellence and right-doing that we insist on. His hunger
for knowledge, first rate skills, and
extraordinary connection with his patients make him a welcome
addition to our clinic family.
